A juice cleanse is a great starting point—a moment of self-reflection on what we consume, how, and why. It allows you to pause, listen to your body, and understand the reasons behind your eating habits. Sometimes, we eat out of boredom, to cope with emotions, or simply out of habit. A juice cleanse helps reduce sugar cravings and unnecessary snacking, giving you a fresh perspective on nutrition. Why Do a Juice Cleanse?
A juice cleanse is a health reset for your body. It’s a way to start fresh, awaken your taste buds, and reignite your desire to eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. It helps bring food back to its essentials, allowing you to be more mindful of what you consume. With the demands of modern life—busy schedules, frequent restaurant meals, alcohol consumption, stress, caffeine, and other indulgences—our bodies accumulate toxins over time.
This guide is designed to help you prepare with clarity, intention, and a positive mindset as you embark on this transformative journey. More than just the length of your juice cleanse, we hope this experience inspires you in the long term toward a healthier lifestyle!

How to do the juice cleanse
Before starting the juice cleanse
In order to have a pleasant experience, try to prepare yourself a few days before your juice cleanse. It's easier than you think! The more you prepare, the more your body will thank you and the experience will be smooth.
Schedule
We recommend that you prepare for a transitional period of the same number of days as your cure. So if you start a juice cleanse on Monday, remember to rest and take care of yourself on Saturday and Sunday.
Intentions
There is no There will never be a ''perfect moment'' to start your juice cleanse. However, there will always be a good excuse not to do it. The ideal is to focus on your intentions. If your intentions are deep and well anchored, you will be all the more motivated to succeed in your juice cleanse. One, two, three or four days of treatment is not the end of the world. You will come out of it transformed and stronger.
Why did you choose to do the cure? What are you looking to accomplish? Is it adopting healthy eating habits? To incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your daily diet? Write down why you are doing the cure. By writing down the why, it will be easier to respect your commitments to yourself and to remember why you made this choice.
You have chosen to do the juice cure to reduce bloating? Or maybe to reduce inflammation? Help to have better digestion, cut caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars? What really matters to you?
Prepare well
A few days before the cure, avoid eating processed foods, fast food and alcohol. Consume whole foods that are rich in nutrients and minerals. Drink plenty of water, cold-pressed juices (if you want and can) and smoothies. Here is a small list to help you optimize the results of the cure and facilitate the transition to a liquid diet.
- Various vegetables, herbs
- Low glycemic index fruits (kiwis, berries, citrus fruits)
- Gluten-free grains (brown rice, buckwheat, red or white quinoa, millet, amaranth) with
- Lentils and broad beans
- Good fats (avocado, coconut oil, nuts and seeds)
- Organic fish and white meat (if applicable)

During the cure
JUICE
You can follow the order of the juices of the cure you have selected below. There will be six bottles of juice a day to drink. Simply follow the order of the cure (available a little further down this page)
Ideally, it is recommended to consume the juices every two hours. (Do not exceed 3 hours between taking juices because you will feel a significant drop in energy.)
WATER
It is important to stay hydrated during the treatment. In the morning, you can drink a cup of warm water with lemon juice and add a little gray salt to it to promote better digestion and stimulate the liver's natural enzymes. Consume water before and after each juice. Wait about 30 minutes between water and juice intake for maximum absorption. In the end, you will drink as much water as juice in your day.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Avoid high-intensity physical activities that require the whole body during your juice cleanse. Encourage moments of relaxation and quieter activities, such as yoga, meditation, swimming or walking.
Tips
Drink herbal teas during the day. Some herbal teas promote circulation and help the immune system during treatment (ginger, lemon, marshmallow root, dandelion root).
Make sure you have regular bowel movements. If needed, you can add 2 to 3 teaspoons of chia or psyllium to water and drink it during the day.
Sleep at least 9 hours a day. Sleep helps to recover and regenerate.
What do I do if I'm hungry during the cure?
If you feel hungry during the treatment, ask yourself if it is out of habit or because you are really hungry? Are you missing the urge to chew? The feeling of having a full stomach? If so, try adding 1-2 scoops of chia to a juice, stirring until the chia is completely absorbed into the liquid. You can also increase your intake of water and herbal tea.
If you're really hungry, getting headaches, stomach aches, and dizzy, eat a little something. The objective of the cure is to do a ''reset'' but not to restrict itself either! You can eat green vegetables such as celery, cucumber, snow peas, broccoli, etc.), some plain nuts or a homemade vegetable soup.
Do juices need to be kept refrigerated?
Yes. Our juices are not pasteurized, they are raw. They must therefore be kept cool before eating them, ideally at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius. If you are outdoors or on the road during your juice cleanse, plan to bring a lunch box or a small cooler to keep your juices cool.
Is the cure good for me?
Keep in mind that every body is different. As in any new project, you must start your cure in an informed way and take the time to read the information available on this page. The more prepared you are, the more positive your experience will be.

After the cure
Congratulations! You succeeded ! Be proud of what you have accomplished. We hope that this experience will allow you to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
For a better transition, during the three days following your cure, favor simple and easy to digest foods. You can refer to the list of foods you used before you started juicing. Keep drinking plenty of water. Go gradually with small portions. Eating too heavy too quickly could make you nauseous and upset your digestive system.
For the first two days following the cure, avoid doing high-intensity physical activity. Your body needs to refuel from a caloric standpoint.
Start fresh. Reflect on your initial intentions and the experience you have just had. What did you learn about yourself, your body? Are there certain foods or juices that you would like to incorporate into your daily life or permanently? Some eating habits or foods that you would like to put aside? Keep drinking plenty of water and prioritizing yourself.
