F. A. Q.
What is cold pressed juice?
Our cold pressed juices are a composition of natural, fresh and premium quality ingredients. Our juices do not undergo any transformation or modification. Crux juices are made from fruits, vegetables, roots, spices or herbs. They are free of added sugar, water, preservatives, colors and other artificial flavors. They are packed with nutrients and vitamins.
What method is used to press your juices?
We use a commercial hydraulic press to extract our premium fruits and vegetables. This technology makes it possible to extract a greater quantity of nutrients compared to traditional extractors found on the market. The juices are not heated, altered or pasteurized. The juices remain raw and are left intact. They retain all the nutrients, minerals and enzymes from the raw materials.

Why choose Crux Comptoir juices?
For the taste
We offer a wide selection of freshly squeezed juices weekly. The taste of our juices is fresh and simply delicious! We do not hold any juice in inventory or in storage. Crux juices are pressed at your request. They are therefore a guarantee of freshness and flavour.
For superior quality
We use top quality fruits and vegetables. We work closely with local farmers to encourage the local economy and ensure maximum freshness, vitamins and nutrients.
We press to order only. We do not have any juice storage or any other type of inventory. Thus, the juices are freshly squeezed for you with each order. This ensures the supply of nutrients in each of the juices and their authenticity.
A concern for sustainable development
We minimize our footprint by composting our organic waste and using one of the best recyclable bottle options on the market: PET #1. Approved by Health Canada, these bottles allow us not only to recycle but also to better preserve the taste of our juices.
How to do the juice cleanse?
Information for the juice cure is available on our page My juice cleanse.
How many days will your juices keep?
Most of our juices will keep for fifteen to twenty days. Our juices contain no preservatives.
There is a deposit in the bottom of the bottle, is this normal?
Yes, it's normal. The density means that a deposit can be created in certain juices. Just stir well before drinking.
Is it normal that the juice color looks different from last time?
The color may vary seasonally since we use fresh fruits and vegetables. Depending on each season, the taste of certain foods may be more or less pronounced than in the previous season. Appreciate each juice for its authenticity and savor each sip for its nutrients! Cheers
Is there a danger or side effects to doing a cleanse?
There are no known risks associated with consuming large quantities of fruits and vegetables. Cold-pressed juices have no known side effects. However, if you have diabetes or any other medical condition, consult your doctor before committing to a long-term juice cleanse.

Crux Comptoir was founded in 2014 by two young entrepreneurs passionate about healthy eating and nutrition. What started as a family-driven project quickly grew with the mission of revolutionizing how Quebecers consume cold-pressed juices and smoothies.
Today, Crux Comptoir operates in two prime locations: Brossard Dix30 and Griffintown, with exciting expansion plans underway, including the launch of new Crux franchises in Rive-Nord and Montreal. As our network continues to grow, we remain committed to becoming the leading brand in healthy, plant-based nutrition across Quebec.
